Privacy Policy
Forma Digital Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17020913), is the studio behind the mobile game Project Sky (the "Game"). This policy explains what information is collected when you play our games, how it is used, and the choices you have. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK and EU data protection law. Contact: Hello@formadigital.co.
Who our games are for
Project Sky is intended for a general audience. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under the applicable age of digital consent in your country, which may be up to 16 in the UK/EU). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Information collected
We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on your device and settings, the following may be processed: gameplay and device data (app interactions, progress, in-game events, crash and performance diagnostics, and technical identifiers such as device model, OS version, language, and a mobile advertising identifier); advertising data used by our partners to serve and measure ads; and, if you email us, your message and email address. We do not require your name, an account, or contact details to play.
How information is used
To run and improve our games, fix bugs and crashes, understand in aggregate how our games are played, serve advertising that funds the games, and respond to support requests. Our legal bases are legitimate interests (operating and improving our games) and consent (for personalised advertising and any tracking requiring it).
Third-party services (SDKs)
Our games use third-party services that process data under their own policies: AppLovin MAX (advertising mediation) and the ad networks it mediates (applovin.com/privacy); Firebase Analytics; and the Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not control these parties' processing; please review their policies.
Advertising
Our games are supported by ads delivered through AppLovin MAX and its mediated networks, which may use your mobile advertising identifier to show and measure ads, including personalised ads where permitted. On iOS we show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, partners won't access the IDFA for cross-app tracking and you'll see less relevant (not fewer) ads. On Android you can reset your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalisation in device settings.
Your rights
Under UK/EU GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. Email Hello@formadigital.co to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.
Data retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Aggregated and diagnostic data is kept for limited periods; support emails only as long as needed to handle your query.
International transfers
Some partners process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date.
